Memorial Day Weekend

After a weekend FULL of rain, we were able to take Sherrod for a little boat ride Monday afternoon. It was short and sweet because it started to rain about 30 minutes after we got there, but Sherrod loved it! After we got loaded back up and hit the levee, Russell let Sherrod ride in his lap so he could really see the cows and horses. We were able to call a few of the horses up to Russell's window so that Sherrod could pet them. I think it kind of scared Russell more because he had two of the horses' heads INSIDE his window! Sherrod had a blast!!! Notice that his white hair matches the white cows :)

Better Late than Never...right? - Easter and Play Time

Due to the warmer weather we've had the past month (or more), my time has been occupied by playing outside ALL of the time, rain or shine! Some of these pictures are from the Easter egg hunt at DSU, Easter morning and the numerous times we've played outside. You'll notice a very nasty puddle that Sherrod seems to love...we have a lovely low spot at the end of our driveway and everytime it rains, it fills up and takes forever to dry! NOTHING will stop him from getting in it so we just go straight to the tub when we're done!!! Enjoy!
